Message to all Program Owners regarding payout request The following information pertains to ALL sites owned and operated by me, Tammie Monahan (aka - Mumsof6), and can be found on all sites Terms pages Effective November 3rd, 2009. ~*~ALL payout requests will be processed as per site Terms with the following exceptions:~*~ If you, or any of your sites, have been placed on any other sites banned/watch list due to being behind in payouts as per your own Terms, your payout request will NOT be paid...TO YOU. HOWEVER, you can send me a contact email and provide me with the first person in lines paypal information (only after obtaining their permission) and I would be glad to pay them FOR YOU WITH YOUR EARNINGS when I process the next Paypal Masspay and notify you with proof that they payout has been made. I will not ban you or your sites, but I will not help you cheat honest members either. I am sorry to have to instill this addon to our Terms but with the way things are going in the industry right now, there are too many members getting the short end of the stick and that is unfair. Please don't think that I am saying I am better than others, because I am not. I have made my fair share of mistakes and my members have had to pay for it, but I refuse to let members go unpaid. And I do pay out of pocket on all my sites. That is just how things are going right now. If you choose to only pay members when there is money coming in, then you should state that on the front page and also on the sign-up page so that they know what they are getting in to. Last time I checked, most sites say 'Free to Join' and it is a PTR (Paid to Read). So I'm not sure where the clause is that reads that 'We are free to join, and you can click for me, BUT unless you can recruit paying advertisers, you will not get paid. TRIPLES with EMMA
