cashavenue.net Terms Of
Service
By signing up and actively using the cashavenue.net
program
you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. cashavenue.net may, at any
time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
Admin Message when they sign in to there account.cashavenue.net.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the cashavenue.net program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International (must read and understand English) affiliates and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You must also sign up with all correct address
information as well. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing cashavenue.net account. If multiple
accounts are found all accounts will be DELETED and all earnings and downlines will be lost. You will not be reinstated!!
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your cashavenue.net account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by cashavenue.net be
detected(such as more than 3 cheat links clicked, incorrect user information or bad
keywords selected, using cheat software) it may result in member termination immediatly.
Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up cashavenue.net. You must
maintain login to your account once every 20 days and click at least 75 links if you have a free upgrade or use the ptp feature or have an affiliate page. Accounts will be reviewed betweem the 26th through the 29th of each month at which time
if the requirements are not met your account will be SUSPENDED. All accounts will then
be reviewed on the last day of the month for review of clicking the minimum clicks (75)
if it has not been reached (and you have not contacted me to unsuspend your account)your account will then be deleted. Accounts may be
reinstated one time only at the admin's discretion.
Please note a free member who does not use the ptp, have an affiliate page or have a free upgrade has no monthly click requirements.
You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from cashavenue.net
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from cashavenue.net, your account will be terminated.
This
especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and cashavenue.net are independent contractors, and
nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and cashavenue.net. You
understand
that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of cashavenue.net. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
cashavenue.net will not be liable for lost profits, lost
business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or cashavenue.net program,
even
if cashavenue.net has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, cashavenue.net
aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Countries Accepted:
As of May 01, 2008 we no longer accept any members from China or India!
As of August 01, 2008 the following are the only countries allowed:
Only members from the following countries will be accepted
and only those members who read and understand English!!
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark
Finland, France,Germany, Greece, Iceland
Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal
Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
United Kingdom, and United States
All ip's will be checked and any found not to be from the above countries
will be deleted and blocked.
Paid To Promote:
Members are NOT allowed to use only the Paid to Promote feature. This is an added bonus
for
ACTIVE Members. Anyone caught only using the Paid to Promote feature and has not earned
a
minimum of 10% of total personal earnings will not be paid their Paid to Promote earnings until they have met the
click requirement (75 clicks per month) as well as earned 10% in personal earnings.
PERSONAL EARNINGS INCLUDE: All personal paid email earngings, all personal
paid to click earnings, as well as any points to cash conversions.
Cash
Avenue reserves the right to DELETE any member's Paid to Promote
Page that is caught only using the Paid to Promote feature at any time.
Affiliate Pages:
Affiliate pages may NOT be promoted just any place...
Affiliate pages may not be promoted in any surf of any type including manual surfs.
Affiliate pages may not be promoted in ptp rotators.
Affiliates pages may not be shown in ptc sites.
Affiliates pages may not be shown in bux type sites.
Anyone caught only using the AFFILIATE PAGE feature and has not earned a minimum of 10% personal earnings
will not be paid their affiliate earnings until they have met the click
requirement as well as earned 10% in personal earnings.
PERSONAL EARNINGS INCLUDE: All personal paid email earngings, all personal
paid to click earnings, as well as any points to cash conversions.
CHEATING/ABUSE:
Members who are caught cheating will have there account terminated and will not be paid
their earnings. Instances of cheating include the following:
1) Clicking on more than 3 cheat links in a month period.
2) Caught using automated software to access the site.
3) Having multiple accounts. Examples: same IP address, same Payment Account or same
computer ID.
4) Caught Cheating the Paid to Promote page in any way.
5) Having incorrect info listed in user's account, all information must be filled in completely.
6) Have bad interests selected in their accounts such as cheater, I cheat, or selecting
search when not from a search friendly country
7) Being disrespectful or threatening to the admin
8)Any members sending gibberish or unreadable/non english mails will be deleted.
9)Anyone found trashing, bashing or threatening the admin in any public forum will be deleted. This does not mean you can not engage in meaningful posting about the site.
10)No one may repost and or reprint any admin message or any part of a communication from this site for any reason.
Payments:
Once the member has reached payout and there account is in good standing they may
request
payment.
Paypal Payments will be paid within 45 days of request or a
reasonable time after.
All payouts will be paid in the order in which they are recieved with upgraded members receiving priority.
Do not request payout more than one time or your request will be removed.
Please note in order to be paid you must meet all the terms of the site.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with cashavenue.net and may result
in legal prosecution. cashavenue.net strictly enforces
anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. cashavenue.net
may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
cashavenue.net will file charges for recovery of any
earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
